The house has three floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy independent studio with its own kitchenette and a private entrance.

On the first floor, you’ll find a warm and friendly living-dining room with a fully-equipped open kitchen.

The two bedrooms are located on the second and third floors, giving you a full sense of privacy. Each carefully designed bedroom has its own modern shower room, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for relaxing.

The house can comfortably welcome six guests.

You’ll be able to take advantage of everything the city has to offer thanks to its proximity to shops, the Old Port, the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.
